Using this storefront

These terms apply to this website and purchases of our digital services. Our storefront is hosted by Shopify. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to engage us on behalf of your business and that the information and materials you provide are accurate and lawfully shared.

Service scope and package limits

The description, price, supported platforms, quantities, revision allowance and delivery period shown on the purchased service page form part of your engagement. Services beyond those limits require a separate agreement. Please review the package before purchase and contact us with questions about suitability.

Digital Advertising & Brand Campaigns — $1,400.00 USD

14–21 business days for initial setup, followed by 30 days of active campaign management. Supported platforms: Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok.

  • Setup of up to 2 advertising accounts.
  • Creation of 3 core campaign structures.
  • 2 rounds of revisions on ad copy and creative strategy.
  • Sourcing and outreach for up to 10 influencer leads.

This package covers agency management and setup fees only. Advertising spend and direct influencer compensation are not included. All ad spend must be billed directly to the client’s own credit card on the respective ad platforms.

Web Infrastructure & Platform Optimization — $499.00 USD

7–10 business days. Supported platforms: Shopify, WooCommerce, and custom web infrastructure.

  • 1 comprehensive technical audit.
  • Frontend speed optimization for up to 5 core pages.
  • Backend configuration for up to 2 payment gateways.
  • 1 round of post-delivery revisions.

Custom Digital Asset Creation — $399.00 USD

10–14 business days. Supported platforms: Amazon KDP, standard digital download portals, and print-on-demand infrastructure.

  • Full production brief.
  • Scalable vector illustration formatting for up to 40-page digital publications.
  • 3 rounds of creative revisions before final export.

This package is limited to digital files and formatting.

Payment and third-party costs

Service prices are displayed in USD. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout. The advertising package price covers agency setup and management only. Advertising spend and influencer compensation are separate from our fee, and all advertising spend is billed directly to the client’s own credit card by the advertising platform. Any additional work or third-party costs must be identified and agreed before being incurred on your behalf.

Access, onboarding and delivery

After purchase, send your order number and the brief or materials requested on your service page to info@nordiskafonster.co. You are responsible for providing necessary approvals, accurate project information and authorized access to the relevant systems. Access should be granted through platform invitation tools; do not send passwords by email. We will confirm the project start and delivery milestones during onboarding. Work is provided remotely and deliverables are supplied electronically. Notify us promptly if you cannot provide required information or approvals so that the project schedule can be reviewed.

Revisions and acceptance

The revision rounds stated on your purchased package are included to align the deliverable with the agreed scope. Submit clear, consolidated feedback to info@nordiskafonster.co. Changes outside that scope or additional rounds require a separate agreement.

Client materials and intellectual property

You retain rights in materials you provide and confirm that you have permission for us to use them to perform the service. Ownership, licensing, editable-source-file requirements and any third-party usage restrictions for new deliverables must be documented in the engagement before work begins. Nothing in these terms transfers rights in pre-existing tools, software, platform content or third-party assets beyond the rights expressly agreed or provided by their licenses.

Third-party platforms and advertising outcomes

Meta, TikTok, Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon KDP and other platforms operate under their own rules and terms. Their approvals, service availability and policy decisions are outside our control. Campaign performance depends on factors including audience, market conditions, creative materials and media budget; the package does not promise a particular number of leads, sales or return on advertising spend.

Cancellation, refunds and revisions

Cancellations: Clients may cancel their service agreement within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided no technical or creative work has commenced.

Refunds: Once the initial onboarding is complete and active development, asset creation, or campaign setup has begun, all payments are strictly non-refundable, except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law.

Revisions: If the client is unsatisfied with the deliverable, we will honor the revision rounds outlined in the purchased package to ensure the final product meets the agreed-upon scope of work.

Request cancellation, a refund, or a revision at info@nordiskafonster.co, including your order number. Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Privacy and confidentiality

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Share only information and access needed for the project. Any project-specific confidentiality or data-processing requirements should be agreed before sensitive material is provided.

Acceptable use

You must not use this website or request services for unlawful, fraudulent or infringing activity, introduce malicious code, or misuse another person’s accounts or information.

Problems and applicable rights

If you believe a service does not match the agreed scope, contact us promptly with the order number and details so that we can review and address the issue through the included revision process or another remedy required by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability, refund rights or other remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Updates and contact

The terms presented when you place an order apply to that engagement unless we mutually agree otherwise or a change is required by law. Updated terms apply to later orders. For questions, contact info@nordiskafonster.co.
